I am curioius, did they tell you that a big wave had hit? On the Star 2 years ago Janet and I were sitting in that bar at the top back looking out at the ocean, the bar wasn't open yet, and were talking to a crew person there. Something strange happened....a loud noise like a thud or a bang with immediate jerking back and forth and a lot of noise with glasses tingling, and a female crew member in a room off the bar was screaming. All of this happened simultaneously. The crew we were talking to went to check on the female. When he came back we asked what happened and he had no idea. He said that female had been working on cruise ships for many years and had never experienced anything like this before and she was really scared. Whatever this was we weren't alarmed or frightened at all. When we went back to our cabin the other 2 with us were unaware that anything happened. This was never addressed and we were left to wonder what it was.
