It's probably not all 50 states because some states have rules about requiring purchase to enter a contest. And there's usually an alternative way to enter most contests that don't require a purchase to get around some of the state laws. Even when asking for codes on line, sometimes you can find a code to input if you read the rules carefully (I know the Boxtops contests have this when you're trying to win money for a school).
I did hear elsewhere that if you take advantage of this promo, you can't book with another discount. Maybe a TA can check into this for our members to get the definitive word.
I would love it if more cruiselines offer Pepsi products (I'm a Dew drinker myself). But in the meantime I like the fact that I can bring on some bottles of Pepsi products on Princess without hassle as I don't like Diet Coke or Diet Sprite at all.
