Contact some of the all-inclusive resorts and see if you can purchase a one-day pass. We've done this in alot of ports and it's a great way to get away for a day. Price includes all the food you can eat, all the alcohol you can drink, and all the water activities you can handle. And the best part is, they are often alot less crowded and cost about the same as one of those very crowded excursions offered by the cruise line that has limited food and alcohol.
