So, it did NOT strengthen overnight, and we do not have Ana - YET.
If this depression HAD become a TS, it would have been the third year in a row that we had a named sysstem before the official start of hurricane season. It's looking like 2009 will not have a named storm until after June 1, when the season officially begins. And, that's just fine with me.
