Yes, they should. Is she registered on the Royal Caribbean web site? Has she added her confirmation number to her online account? Those things don't happen automatically.
If all the above is yes, or even if it is not, she should call Royal and ask for them to send her edocs via email. I cannot see any reason why they wouldn't do that. |
