I try to persuade people not to go on the three and four day cruises. You really need a full week to savor the ambiance of a cruise ship. With the two and three days trips you might as well be in a moving hotel.
My wife loves cruising since she can unpack the first day and start her nesting which she cannot do with most of our hotel stays so this is a bit "to do" for me.
