Yep...and I am away on one in December.

NCL, Celebrity, Princess and Cunard do South America cruises. I am sailing from Santiago/Valparaiso to Buenos Aires via Cape Horn...NCL Crown does this route and reverse all winter, Celebrity Infinity does it too, Regal Princess runs from Miami down to Rio and on to Valparaiso and Cunard QM2 will be starting some SA itineraries aswell.

If you take a quick look at the 'Norwegian Cruise Lines Roll Call' section here, I have typed out my entire itinerary.

Celebrity also do the Galapagos Islands with their ship Xpedition, other companies go there too.

There are alot of repositioning cruises that leave from Miami or Philly and travel through the Panama Canal and on down the west coast of SA and then around the Cape and back up the east coast. P&O ship Minerva and a couple others such as Raddisson sail up to Manaus on the Amazon too.

The easiest way to find out what is what is to do a search online using 'cruises South America' as keywords.

Hope this is of some assistance to you.
