Last time in MoBay (No 2007), I just went on my own to Sunset Beach Resort. Parts of it were under renovation, but all that should have been completed long ago.
The cost is $40pp and I think there is a child rate. They do accept credit cards.
For the $40 you get an all inclusive experience with food, booze, beer, several beaches including a nude one! It used to be $20 but jumped to $40 when they added a water park complete with water slides, lazy river, etc.
I thought the snorkeling was decent and saw lots of things including some reef squid which fascinate me.

It is perfectly safe. I took a taxi there, but ended up just walking back to the ship in a light rain, which was kind of surreal. A few years ago, some friends on a cruise renewed their wedding vows there which some people might be interested in. |
