Today:
On board again and the announcement came that we would be passing the active volcano at about midnight. Like I could stay up I really wanted to but we were in bed by 10 or so. At about 1am I was awake as the ship seemed to be doing something strange. Sure enough, I got up and saw the volcano from the balcony. The ship had slowed down considerably so that the pax could view the volcano. Of course it was pitch dark outside, but I did manage to get a couple of shots of the volcano.
