Having only sailed on RC, those items are a serve yourself situation.

On Celebrity they have the regular buffet line, but there are servers standing behind the food to serve your plates. It's always been that way as long as we have been sailing Celebrity. I have never had a problem with quantity--just tell the server more---or less of whatever they are serving and they will oblige.
I know that if ships on other cruise lines are having a noro problem they will go to that method of serving so folks won't be touching the serving utensils themselves and contaminating the food. |
