We have our own version called "meat cakes" LOL
But for something truly Norwegian I must say its a Lamb and cabbage stew.
Other specialities are dried and cured meats, lots of fish ofcourse and the "most healthy" meal would be a porridge made with sour cream and cream!!! served with a big spoon of melted butter in the middle of the plate, sugar and cinnamon!! yummi!! |
