I really don't think you'll have any problem. Granted, you're near the Guest Relations desk, but I've never seen it noisy and I've never seen that area crowded. Most people go there, conduct their business and leave. The only time I've seen people congregate is when the ship is docked and groups are meeting to go off ship together.
